Site Rational
The central goal for the site is creating a clean, responsive layout that looks good on mobile and desktop resolutions. The site has been tested to be readable on smartphone screens as narrow as 320px, scaling naturally all the way up to 2260 and beyond. Using the Brave browser's native devoloper tools, the site appearence was fine tuned to collapse its margins, borders, and horizontal layout into a vertical one at 600px, which is between what is typically found in smartphones and tablet computers.
Above 600px, the site is left adjusted, with site navigation in a horizontal layout at the top of the screen using list item anchor tags styled into pseudo-buttons while page navigation is in block style on the left. At the smartphone size, this is eschewed in favor of a more conventional navigation section that merges the two nav functions.
